My ex boyfriend took some footage of us having sex on his phone and now he’s showing it to his friends. One of them told me he’d seen it. I’m mortified and want him to delete the footage immediately. Should I get legal advice? I’m terrified he’s going to post in on the net. Betrayed

Oh you poor, poor darling. It might have boosted Paris Hilton’s career, but most of us mere mortals would be simply horrified to see our bits splashed around the internet or passed around a group of strangers or even acquaintances. It’s a complete and total invasion of your privacy. He is an utter cad for betraying you in this way and you have every right to seek legal advice and slap your ex with an equally scary letter asking him to cease using your private sex life as entertainment on a quiet night at the pub. It goes without saying that you should also delete every trace of him from your life and be very careful about letting anyone film you naked in the future. If you find the opportunity, you should also warn other women in his circle.
